Advantages

The Cement Board / Calcium Silicate Board System (CBS) is a versatile system, it is easily installed and allows easy access for embedding all the piping and cabling conduits with high flexibility thus reducing material wastage and labor.

A special concrete mix is pumped into the boards through inlet points in the external bearing walls or floor/decks, such that within one shift a whole house structure is ready for finishing.

The light weight concrete can be pumped up to 150 meters horizontally and up to 100 meters vertically, making it accessible to multi-story buildings or high rise structures.

Easy to erect light gauge steel frame, very light and study, high labor productivity.

STARTA CO. has three ready mix designs based on our R&D, with variable density and insulation specifications to meet the different areas of application.

Light gauge steel frame is designed and installed based on client’s requirement and structural design; moreover this feasibility allows the system to mold any architectural shape.

The light weight concrete mixture can be poured on site.

STARTA CO. uses a customized mobile light weight concrete mixing machine which has a built in pump.
